RULES

PARTICIPATION

Professional or amateur artists from anywhere worldwide may participate in the competition.

THEME

Free theme

The submitted works must have a humorous intent.

FORMAT

The work will be presented in digital or printed format.

Size: DIN A4 (21 x 29.7cm)

LANGUAGE

If containing text, it must be labeled in Spanish or Valencian.

NUMBER OF WORKS

Each participant may submit a maximum of 3 works in any of the valid formats.

SUBMISSION

The deadline for submitting works is 23:00 on Friday, June27th, 2025 (GMT+2).

Originals will not be accepted, only printed copies or digital format. Digital works, in JPEG format, must be sent at a resolution of 300 dpi.

Each participant must specify their name and surname, telephone, complete postal address, and email.

Submissions can be made by email or regular mail (in no case will the work be returned).

PRIZES

The following prizes are established:

  • First Prize: 400.00 euros
  • Second Prize: 200.00 euros

The prize-giving and exhibition of the selected works (a selection of 25 works, including the awarded ones) will be held at the headquarters ofthe Paurides Foundation on Friday, October 3rd, 2025, and will also be published in a catalog.

JURY

It is composed of:

Enrique Pérez Penedo “Enrique”.

José Rubio “Malagón”.

Emilio Alfaro Martínez.

The verdict will be communicated to the winners and published in the media.

Participation in this competition implies acceptance of these rules.

The organization and the jury reserve the right, if necessary, to interpret any doubts or unforeseen cases that arise at the time of the selection and choice of works, to better operate the competition.

Participants are liable for any claims arising from damage to third parties, e.g., plagiarism.

The organization is not responsible for the content of the works submitted to the competition.
